THE WINE
The fruit from the 2021 ‘Sfera’ Pinot Grigio was harvested from our Block 3 East. Machine harvested at night to retain freshness, before haulage to the winery.
White stone fruit and fresh pears give texture to this wine, balanced by a racy lemon tart finish. Custard and green apples dance mid palate giving nice depth
The 2021 Pinot Grigio is delightfully fresh and bright - perfect for summer weather!
Pair with spicy Thai curry.
